SERVICE GUARANTEE

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within the two weeks after they were performed. Please keep in mind that corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our hair products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, provided that 3/4 of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase.

CONSULTATIONS

All services begin with a thorough consultation—the most important part of the experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions – we’re here for you and want you to be 100% satisfied. Our service providers will also offer product recommendations, as well as discuss routine maintenance. Before the service is performed, stylists will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.

LATE/CANCELLATION

In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance – as a courtesy to the stylist, and so that we may accommodate the needs of other clients. If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened.

Any guest that has frequently missed or rescheduled appointments will be required to provide us with their credit card information for future reservations.

CONTACT

Our booking system is set to deliver text notification and confirmation emails, but glitches happen, so please add this appointment to your personal calendar. Please also be sure to add us (hello@salondecinzia.com) to your known contacts so that our emails don’t go to spam.

PETS

As much as we love our furry friends, the salon is not a good environment for pets. Besides the fact that it is against city and state health regulations to have animals in the salon unless they are certified service animals, we also have to consider our clients who may be allergic or afraid. Also, we’ve found that the salon’s different chemicals and aromas can irritate your animal’s acute senses.
